Led by Neighbors.
Feeding America needed to shift perception — from a national institution to a locally powered movement. The problem wasn't awareness. People know hunger exists. The problem was distance. A massive nonprofit can feel abstract, bureaucratic, and far away from the actual work.

The brief: make Feeding America feel as close as the neighbor next door.

People trust people — not systems.

The most effective change isn't top-down. It comes from neighbors who understand their community firsthand. That truth became the foundation for everything we made.

Led by Neighbors" follows the rhythm of real community action, neighbors lifting, packing, and delivering. The camera stays close and grounded. The scale builds organically: one person becomes two, two becomes a block, a block becomes a network. By the end, Feeding America isn't the hero. The neighbors are.

The campaign was featured on Good Morning America. Currently running across broadcast, social, and digital.

Early storyboard sketches mapped the emotional beats before production. Every frame was designed to feel found & not staged, grounding a national campaign in the texture of real neighborhoods. The box became the idea. We stripped it back and rebuilt it through bold color, scale, and composition, turning a functional object into a recognizable symbol of neighbor-led care.
