FEEDING AMERICA

Led by Neighbors

Hunger isn’t an abstract issue. It’s local, personal, and visible to the people living inside it.

The most effective change doesn’t come from the top down.

It comes from neighbors who understand their community firsthand.

People trust people—not systems.

Ending hunger isn’t driven by institutions.
It’s led by people.

“Led by Neighbors” reframes Feeding America as a movement powered by everyday individuals—the ones closest to the problem, and the ones actively solving it.

The storytelling moves from individual acts to a unified national effort, revealing how local trust is amplified through the Feeding America network. Real, tactile visuals and a steady, intentional pace reinforce authenticity, while the narrative builds toward a simple idea: when neighbors lead, small actions don’t stay small, they ripple outward into lasting impact.

Every frame was designed with intention.

What began as rough sketches evolved into AI-generated visuals to test mood, pacing, and composition—before being brought to life in film. The process wasn’t linear, but iterative, allowing the idea to be refined at every stage.

The box became the idea.

We stripped it back and rebuilt it through bold color, scale, and composition, turning a functional object into a recognizable symbol of neighbor-led care.

It’s not just packaging—it’s a visual through-line that carries the brand across every moment.
